All purchases are processed through the retail partner you buy from — Amazon.com or Walmart.com. Payment terms, methods, and processing are governed by that store's policies. We do not directly process payments or store payment information.

4. Shipping and Delivery

We currently ship to the United States, Canada, Mexico, Australia and New Zealand through Amazon, and within the United States through Walmart. Walmart orders are fulfilled by Walmart Fulfillment Services or shipped directly from our manufacturing facility in India with tracked, duty-paid delivery. Shipping times and costs are displayed at checkout on the store you buy from. We are expanding to additional countries including the UK, Europe, Japan, Singapore, and Brazil.

5. Returns and Refunds

Returns and refunds are handled through the store you purchased from — Amazon or Walmart — in accordance with that store's return policy. See our Refund Policy page for details on both processes.
